Nourish is a locally owned company led by Shoshanna and Corey Walker, built on a family legacy that began more than 25 years ago. What started as Shoshanna’s mother making soap as a hobby in her kitchen quickly grew into a passion shared by the entire family. With molds, mixers, and cutters crafted by Shoshanna’s father, soapmaking became both a creative outlet and a labor of love.

As production expanded beyond the kitchen and into every corner of the family home, it became clear that this craft was about more than soap, it was about ingredients. From the very beginning, Shoshanna’s mother insisted on using only the highest-quality, skin-moisturizing ingredients designed to cleanse while improving overall skin health and vitality. Her formulas were intentionally free from harsh chemicals, detergents, mineral oils, surfactants, and parabens, choices made with both people and the planet in mind.

In 2000, Shoshanna and her mother transformed the home business into a small retail store, where every bar continued to be made by hand. As Shoshanna learned the business, Nourish expanded its recipes and product offerings in response to growing demand. Customers consistently affirmed the Nourish belief that people want naturally derived health and beauty products they can trust for themselves and their families. The results spoke for themselves! People loved what Nourish products did for their skin.

Today, Shoshanna and her husband Corey proudly continue the tradition her mother began, supported by an incredible team. Nourish now offers a wide variety of handcrafted soaps and bath products, all made with the same dedication to quality, health, and well-being. Every product is still created with care, intention, and personal involvement.

As the next generation grows, Shoshanna is continually reminded of her mother’s guiding principle: what is good for our bodies should also be good for the earth. That belief remains at the core of Nourish today, with all products made by hand using renewable resources and skin-loving ingredients that are safe for the whole family.
