Water Witch Tiki

An Oasis in Savannah’s Starland District Serving Tiki Classics

Step through the lush flora wall and leave your everyday worries behind. Nestled in the heart of Savannah’s vibrant Starland District, Water Witch offers a one-of-a-kind escape that transports patrons to an exotic paradise.

Water Witch specializes in classic and contemporary tiki cocktails, crafted with fresh juices, artisanal spirits, and house-made syrups, shrubs, and tinctures. Non-alcoholic versions are available, as well. Whether you’re enjoying a special event, a night out with friends, or a romantic date night, their welcoming staff ensures an unforgettable experience.

The name “Water Witch” pays homage to a captivating piece of local history. In 1864, a Union ship was captured and scuttled by Confederate forces off the coast of Savannah to prevent its return to the North. Known as the “Water Witch,” the ship earned a reputation for bad luck, its stories of misfortune and sailor superstitions adding a layer of mystery to its legacy. Today, staff invite you to “come aboard” the Water Witch and “get sunk” by their menu of expertly crafted tropical cocktails.

Owner Brigitte Harley moved to Savannah from New York City in 2010. With a background in law and finance, Brigitte longed for a more creative outlet, which led her to open Water Witch in 2020. A modern tiki bar was the perfect fit for both the artistic energy of the Starland District and her personal interests.
